Notices
Every change that affects how you use the app is announced here, and in the app, before it takes effect. Changes that remove or reduce a feature you use, change how the app works for you, or change our terms are announced at least 30 days in advance. We do not raise the price of an existing subscription without at least 60 days' notice.

| Plans are enforced | Stale & SLA is free during launch: every account has every feature. When plans are switched on, each account gets the features of its plan. An account that connected the app before that day keeps its paid features for 30 more days, and the app shows the exact end date in the Stale & SLA settings view. | 24 September 2026 | If someone deletes a column the app writes, the next run makes it again instead of stopping the board's daily runs. Escalations go out at most 20 per board per run, and the rest follow with the next run, so a board with many late items does not use up a small account's daily monday.com requests. Working time is now exact across daylight-saving clock changes on calendars whose hours include the hour the clocks move. The Escalate action no longer notifies anyone twice when monday.com retries it after a partial failure; it shows what was done instead. |
| 23 September 2026 | The settings view, the account view and the board widget show a banner when the app is paused for maintenance or when there is a notice for you. The settings view shows how to reach support. While the app is paused, Save & run now saves your settings and says the run waits (it used to say "Not saved"). The privacy policy now also lists the install count and the notices the app sends to the admin who connected it. |
